For convenience, we accept all forms of payment. We accept medicare insurance only. We do not take any commercial insurance, however, if you have out-of-network benefits, you may get reimbursed directly by your insurance company. For your convenience you may use this tool to calculate what your out-of-network reimbursement will be. We will assist you by filling out the appropriate insurance forms which you will be responsible for submitting.
